Monday June 23rd through Friday June 27th: Early Registration
(faster process, strongly encouraged!!)
- Turn in registration forms to the MSU Extension office or email to ripkekar@msu.edu by 4:30 pm, Friday June 27th. Registration can also be completed through the Fair Entry system instead of the paper form.
- Exhibit items (non-perishable only) may also be turned in this week to the MSU Extension office or turned in on Saturday July 5th 8am to 11am at the fairground exhibit building.
Saturday July 5th 8am to 11am: Fair Week Registration
- Turn in registration forms and exhibit item (s) Saturday July 5th 8am to 11am at the fairground exhibit building.
- You must stay until your items are completely checked in.
Monday July 7th 9am-11am: Perishable Item Registration/Drop-Off
- Department 40 & 50 (Culinary Arts) and Department 45 & 55 (Floriculture)
- Items should be dropped off Monday from 9am to 11am – to ensure freshness for judging.
Monday July 7th: Exhibit Building Closed until judging is completed
Monday July 7th Live YOUTH Culinary Arts Auction
· Registration 5:30. Auction starts at 6pm
· Exhibits for live auction will be on display an hour prior to the auction.
· Eligible departments: Department 40 (Culinary Arts) Divisions A, B, C, D, & F
